Why did my dog pee on me?

Today I had a severe panick attack while I was walking my dog. We were in the middle of a walking trail and I couldn't move at all. I was sweating bullets, gagging, hyperventalating. Pretty much everything that comes with a panick attack. I've had lots of them before but I'm pregnant and it was particularly bad so I called my husband to pick us up. As we were waiting for him to pick us up I started feeling even worse and I thought I was gonna pass out. Then suddenly I noticed my dog was peeing on me. My dog and I have a fantastic relationship and I love him so much. I just really want to know if he did that because he disrespects me or if he was trying to 'help' in a weird way because he thought I was in bad trouble. I'm honestly baffled.
