Does anyone know what type of bicycle this is with this information?

The Huffy Sportsman was a cruiser bike made by Raleigh in the late 60s I believe. Good sturdy bike. I don't know where you got your information but there are a lot more than 5 of these in the United States. If someone wanted to buy it for $700 take it. It is worth $100 max in almost perfect shape. Even if there were only 5 of them they would not be worth $1000.
